Travel and accomodation
You can get to Lausanne by flying to Geneva or Zurich.
Geneva is 1 hour by train and Zurich is 2.5 hours by train. Both airports are efficient and trains run very reliably.
The campus of UNIL & EPFL is situated along Lake Geneva on the outskirts of downtown Lausanne. We recommend that you either stay in the city center (about 15-20 minutes to campus by public transport, Hotel Moxy or Hotel Mad House) or on campus (Hotel Starling or Hotel SwissTech, within walking distance from the conference venue).
