Taxis
The largest taxi companies in Rotterdam are Rotterdamse Taxi Centrale (+31 10 462 6060), Taxi Service Rotterdam (+31 10 818 2828), and Staxi (+31 10 818 2828). You can book a taxi through their websites or by calling them directly.
Ride-hailing
Ride-hailing services are also available in Rotterdam. Uber and Bolt are both available in the city.
Travel
Airport
Amsterdam Airport Schiphol has excellent transport links to all of the Netherlands. You can easily take the train, catch a bus, or rent a car.
From Schiphol to Rotterdam
The first train to Rotterdam leaves at 4:03 a.m. and takes around 1 hour. From 6:11, the quicker connections (30 min) run thrice an hour.
From Rotterdam to Schiphol
Traveling from Rotterdam Centraal Station to Schiphol by train takes 26 minutes. The connection runs three times an hour during business days, and the first train leaves at 6:51 in the morning.
Rotterdam also has a (smaller) airport, the Rotterdam The Hague Airport, from which you can access the city center in 20 minutes.
Train
Intercity Direct, Thalys, and Eurostar trains from various national and European locations stop at Rotterdam Central Station multiple times daily.
